Our client is looking for someone who is fluent in French and has a head for figures to train as a Payables Analyst. They are a multinational manufacturing company based near Kenilworth. You would need to have your own transport to reach the location, but they are situated in modern offices and there is definitely potential to develop and further career opportunities there. They have asked for previous experience in a similar Accounts role in a commercial environment, which would be advantageous but not essential, as training will be given. You would work closely with the Parts warehouse in France, liaise with suppliers in the UK and France, use sophisticated systems to clear invoices, identify and resolve any discrepancies, reconcile supplier accounts and prepare management information/reports. The successful candidate needs to have a flexible approach to duties; an excellent telephone manner, PC literate and a good standard of education are essential. Accurate, patient and persistent, you must be able to deal with a varied, interesting workload and have good team working skills. Full training will be given.
