Due to our fast-growing business in Europe, we are looking for a Dutch Team Leader to head-up our core job research & analysis team.

As a Team Leader, reporting directly to the Dutch Managing Director, you will be responsible for the development and management of the Dutch database, for executive and specialised staff, on all content-related subjects.

You will manage a team of student assistants who will research and analyze vacancies of top businesses across the Netherlands.

Your main responsibilities as a Team Leader will involve:

·          Building up, leading, training and motivating a team of student assistants

·          Assuring a high-level of quality and a proper classification of all Dutch listed jobs

·          Proactively advising and recommending on improvements for the job market research process

·          Preparing and analysing reports on the amount of research still needed to optimise the Dutch database

Working closely with the International Product Management team to support the continuous growth of our service

Your skills and qualifications as Team Leader will ideally include:

·          An in-depth understanding of HR or executive and specialised staff recruitment from hands-on experience either with internal or external – agency or advisory – recruitment or HR function

·          An evidenced experience and ability to successfully manage teams of students

·          A graduate or a post-graduate degree

·          Solid PC skills especially in office- and internet applications

 

Their preference is to offer the position to two part-time employees on a job-share basis. However, we also welcome applications from individuals wishing to work full-time.

They are looking for a dynamic individual with commercial interest and enthusiastic about setting up a new business. Someone who can work independently, but still be a team player. A person with significant judgment as to the authenticity and validity of research results. You will have excellent communication and relationship skills, ensuring an outstanding level of service to your team and to the company.
