Salary: £18K plus bonus £10K uncapped

Language: German
Fluent German and English speaking.
To support, Germany and UK Sales representatives.
Flexible, adaptable and able to work with other departments.
Screens incoming calls and Emails, qualifies deal to pass onto the sales team.
May direct customers to web site for information.
May mail marketing/sales literature to prospective clients.
Keeps up-to-date knowledge of the industry as well as the competitive posture of the company, and prepares activity and forecast reports as requested.
Provides back-up to inside Sales Representative.
Has knowledge of company products/services.
Has some technical knowledge about the products/services and able to handle more complex inquiries.
Deals with incoming mails and phone calls in conjunction with other departments and pre-sales to provide the shortest response time for customers, either directly or via the Sales Representative.
