JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

 

The Role

  • Provision of secretarial duties and support to the sales director & team
  • Logging, preparing and typing sales quotations and proposals from templates
  • Typing any other correspondence as necessary
  • Booking sales calls and appointments
  • Ensuring excel statistics on any quotations and proposals sent are updated and correct
  • Updating client database as required
  • Processing sales orders received in Sage
  • Additional support in answering phone calls and transferring calls as necessary
  • Dealing with clients enquiries
  • Office management and any other secretarial administration support that might be required

The Candidate

  • Native-level Italian
  • Proficient in English
  • You must have at least 5 years experience in secretarial and administration duties.
  • Must be mature, eloquent  and responsible
  • Must have a strong command of the English language – verbal and written
  • Strong client focused with a dynamic, mature and positive  attitude
  • Able to multitask  and excellent time management
  • Minute taking when necessary
  • Strong IT Skills are a  necessity
  • Responsible, Punctual and willing to give that extra mile
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • This is an ideal position for someone who likes responsibility and wants to provide support and advance in career.
  • MUST have Strong experience in the use of the following packages word, excel and power point.
  • Experience in the following packages is desirable but not essential as training will be given to the right candidate: SAGE
