Salary: £16.5K

Language: Russian plus another major European language
The purpose of the department is to provide excellent customer service and support via phone, e-mail and online interactive support. The role involves being the initial point of contact for customers, responding to and resolving customer enquiries and complaints, performing transactions and customer care activities.
Fluent knowledge of the following is essential;
RUSSIAN and ENGLISH plus
FRENCH or ITALIAN or SPANISH or GERMAN
Candidates must have strong communication skills, ability to listen attentively, able to capture data accurately and effectively multi-task. You will also be keen to learn and progress and always look to improve and better your performance.
Hours; 8.30am-5pm Mon-Fri (37.5 hours per week)
