Description:
A leading online marketing agency is looking to recruit an Internal Marketing Representative to handle online casino queries and provide first class customer care for their German speaking customers. The successful candidate must speak German as mother tongue and be fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
Handling customer requests via email, chats or telephone.
Update customers on current promotions.
Build relationships with customers to improve bottom-line performance.
Lead the language department.
Candidate requirements:
Languages: Native German, additional languages an advantage.
Very good written and spoken English.
Past experience in customer support or sales environment.
The candidate must be goals-oriented and motivated and ready to lead a team.
The candidate must be willing to work shifts throughout the week, including evenings and weekends in case it'll be required *in the future* from the company.
Marketing mind, good negotiator, results oriented, ambitious & hard worker.
-Familiar with terminology relevant to internet advertising a plus.-
Fast typing is required
Candidate must be a fast learner with the will to succeed.

The candidate must be in the UK available for interviews and with a working Visa.
