Salary: £8p/h basic & £16p/h

This is an excellent opportunity to work for international Software Company based in Coventry on the Warwick Science Park. The position will involve providing daily telephone and email help desk assistance to primarily German clients on how to use the software and answering general queries. Full training will be provided on how to use the software; therefore previous knowledge is not essential. The second part of this role will involve providing training sessions to new potential German customers and also providing support for sales by creating e.g. templates in order to establish new business.
Key Skills and Experience:
Native German speaker Previous sales experience would be advantageous. Previous experience of talking in front of large groups of people, such as giving presentations or training sessions is desirable. Previous telephone helpdesk experience is desirable but not essential. Candidates should be IT literate, be able to use basic software programs such as Excel, MS Word. Some knowledge and experience of basic HTML tags is desirable but not essential.

Excellent communication skills. Energy and enthusiasm, sales orientated disposition.
Salary
£8 per hour for normal helpdesk activities, £16 per hour for paying customers. Working hours: 2h per day during normal working hours.
