French & German speaking Account Manager

Responsible for prospecting, sales and account management for the company's products / services. French & German languages required, Italian is an advantage.

General Job Duties:

This position is responsible for prospecting, selling, closing and managing accounts within our Market Intelligence product suite within the Aerospace & Defense vertical.  Working within a wide range of accounts, this role is responsible for new business development as well as account development and growth.  The market intelligence product suite targets primarily the strategic planning, business development, marketing and competitive intelligence teams within the Aerospace and Defense community.
Specific Job Duties:
• Work as part of the company’s European Managed Accounts team to develop an account plan strategy for all market intelligence customers and cross-over businesses
• Identifying and pursuing expansion business and growth opportunities within all levels of the Aerospace & Defense community and beyond
• Develop and grow all current A&D accounts, working closely with management team to identify new opportunities for growth and product enhancements
• Identify and pursue strategic partnerships where appropriate
• Attend networking events and industry shows to develop new leads, expand professional network and increase visibility of market intelligence product offering
• Working with technical resources to qualify and develop solutions for customer needs
• Maintains technical proficiency, visibility and consults with prospective customers regarding use of company products and services
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quota’s and objectives
• Identify and sell new markets and company's content to supplement current access
• Manage communications to user community
• Analyze and track usage by company, by user community and by security group
• Track customer requests, issues and resolution
• Create and track an account dashboard for each account
Required Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
Required Experience: Aerospace & Defense industry account management experience preferred
Other skills:
French & German spoken and written to business level
Commercial acumen
Presentation skills and proposal development are required
Physical Requirements:
Ability to attend events and conferences to interact with customers and prospects
Ability to travel with ease
Travel: Occasional travel required
Based: Office based in Redhill/London
