Specific Responsibilities
To achieve and exceed sales quota with nominated account base
To be responsible for targeted sales activities and metrics
Establish and maintain manager/executive level relationships
To develop multiple contacts within assigned accounts
To have business discussions to promote and sell company subscriptions and solutions
To maintain CRM
To continuously develop and maintain an understanding of the company product portfolio
To use the sales process to uncover specific needs and desires
To actively manage your sales pipeline activity/velocity
Provide accurate forecast and expected cancellations to your sales manager
Provide ongoing feedback to sales manager and product managers
Maintain all business administration
Attend all team meetings and training as agreed with your manager
Create annual objectives in line with corporate goals to be reviewed quarterly
Deliver customer delight
Other Skills
Essential – German/English Languages to business level
Strong results orientation
Excellent communication skills
Good Microsoft office skills

Previous account management experience would be valuable but not essential
