Salary: £21K
Location: Camberley, Surrey Language: German Key Responsibilities:
Ensure accounting process performs to Service Level Agreements within the SSC
- Processing intercompany (purchase and sales) invoices and reconciliation for intercompany vendor accounts, on a timely and accurate manner.
- Processing supplier invoices, paying invoices and completing supplier statement reconciliations
- Performing ad-hoc analysis, query management, identification and resolution of service delivery issues.
- Performing Month End tasks, such as Balance sheet reconciliations, account analysis and reporting.
Customer satisfaction
- Resolving vendor and country queries
- Develop customer relationships with internal customers (purchasers and accounting personnel)
Quality and integrity of financial information provided by the SSC
- Ensuring the appropriate controls are operational in order to maintain the quality and integrity of financial information
- Ensuring consistency of process across Europe
Owning the accounting to reporting process
- Identification and implementation of process improvements
- Integration of accounting activities into the SSC
- Integration of new staff into the SSC
- Sharing of knowledge with SSC staff.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Fluent in German and English (both written and oral)
- Accounting/book-keeping diploma/qualification or studying towards diploma/qualification
- Strong previous experience of working within an accounts payable department for a multi-national organisation
- Experience working in SAP
- Experience working to deadlines with an attention to detail and a sense of urgency

- Intermediate MS Excel skills
- Strong IT/Computer literate skills
- Good Communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to operate efficiently under continuous change
- Previous experience in multi-cultural teams
