Salary: 2700-3000 euros p/m plus commission
Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands Language: German (Dutch is advantageous) Our client is an international ICT/IT recruitment agency, providing both temporary and permanent contractors with offices in England, The Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, France and Belgium. Annual sales are currently over €100 million and they currently have over 700 consultants working on projects throughout Europe. Their Dutch operation consists of approximately 50 employees with over 500 active contractors.
Job description: Within their temporary contract division they are currently recruiting an account manager who is used to working within a target driven professional environment and seeks to be generously rewarded for their own success. They offer the support of an experienced resource team who are actively recruiting ICT professionals.
The account manager will, through an extensive training programme followed by a thorough on the job training, be well prepared to, within a short space of time, begin to independently undertake the following tasks:
• To generate new business, arranging appointments with prospective clients
• To compile account development plans in cooperation with the manager
• To maintain personal and phone contact with large accounts
• To compile suitable candidate profiles, and present these to the client
• Negotiating rates and agreements
You will report directly to the sales manager.
Professional skills:
• A minimum of 12 months experience in recruitment, account management or B2B sales
• Experience in generating new business and the development of large client relationships (preferably multinational)
• A very motivated self-starter
• Keen to work to targets in a result driven environment
• HBO education, preferably Commercial Economics
• An interest in IT/ICT
• German (to mother tongue level), fluent in English, basic knowledge in Dutch
• Excellent telephone manners
• A knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
