Role: French Speaking Customer Services Operator
Location: High Wycombe
Objective: To coordinate the day to day relationship with a key account customer.
Responsibilities:
Liaise with customers, answer queries and produce quotations/orders.
Account manage your designated portfolio, pro-actively ensuring retention and development.
Take job bookings by telephone, e-mail or fax and load into the company main computer system
Produce sales invoices from system to customer or overseas agent as per the quotation and resolve queries.
Follow the company quality and insurance policy in all areas.
The Person: To be successful you will need to be computer literate with a confident telephone manner and a commitment to a high level of customer care. Business level French language customer skills are required for this role as you will be in regular contact with our French organization.
