Prestigious company involved in the export of specialised products have an excellent opportunity for a French speaking Export Sales Manager.  The main objective of this role is to grow profit by the development of sales in France and Belgium, seeking out and co-ordinating multi-national opportunities with other International Sales Managers, and participation in developing and achieving Group objectives.  You will manage your internal team, setting targets and reviewing performance measures, research and exploit market trends and ensure growth of key product groups.   Consideration will be given to bilingual French/English candidates with experience in selling in France/Belgium through distribution, an understanding of marketing, and people management experience, preferably with a background in high volume consumables in a manufacturing environment.  You should live within commuting distance of the company’s offices in South Leicestershire office and will be required to travel extensively throughout France and Belgium.  Salary to £35000 plus 15% bonus, company car, mobile, laptop, pension and PHI.
