Job Title: EMEA Sales Support Coordinator

Main Responsibilities And Duties:
General Sales and Service channels and Customer support to optimise company sales in EMEA
Follow up sales and service opportunities to secure business
Create Customer quotations as requested and check pricing and discounting
Manage order processing from receipt of order to delivery and invoicing including
Purchase Order entry on the Manufacturing Divisions
Carry out export control checks and liaise with export control manager if appropriate
Obtain appropriate export documentation as required and maintain export records
Liaison with sales managers, product managers, manufacturing divisions & internal departments
Sales and Service business activity reporting
Ensure accurate and fast processing of letters of credit and cash against documents
Liaison with Freight Forwarders/Couriers regarding ATA carnets, letters of credit, transhipments, tax shifts, etc….
Service Call Management, including pre-bookings, quotations, shipments, invoicing including checks of pricing and discounting
Monitor the Service Call backlog daily and take the appropriated action
Service Call sub-contracting for EU and worldwide destinations
Service contract quoting and contract generation and invoicing
Stock management, ordering for calls, re-ordering for stock and stock taking
Ensure accurate maintenance of the databases
Tools And Equipment Used:
MS Office – Outlook/Word/Excel
SAP (SBO)
QAD (back office operating system)
Knowledge/Experience and Qualifications:
Essential
Sales support/customer service experience
Experience with international/multicultural business environment
Very good communication skills (spoken and written)
Fluent English and French skills (spoken and written)
Numerate and accurate
Administration and organisation skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience in processing letters of credit
Desirable
Additional European language skills
Business diploma
