To assist in the client's continued growth they are looking to recruit a self-motivated, ambitious individual with proven experience in working in a busy customer services environment as a Customer Services Coordinator. This position offers job development.

 

The successful candidate should have:
  • Proven experience in responding to customers’ telephone enquiries, maintaining customer relations and processing orders
  • Day to day account management to ensure customers are happy with the current service provided
  • Call handling in order to deal with any queries that customers have and providing solutions to any problems encountered
  • Assist with other departments to ensure first class customer service

Qualities/Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bright, positive and enthusiastic personality
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Experience in technical sales environment preferred
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Good negotiating technique
  • Accurate data transfer
  • Sound knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Fluency in French and/or German and the ability to speak Spanish and/or Italian would be advantageous

Package/Benefits:
