Salary: £20K - £22K

To assist in the client's continued growth they are looking to recruit a self-motivated, ambitious individual with proven experience in working in a busy customer services environment as a Customer Services Coordinator. This position offers job development.
The successful candidate should have:
- Proven experience in responding to customers’ telephone enquiries, maintaining customer relations and processing orders
- Day to day account management to ensure customers are happy with the current service provided
- Call handling in order to deal with any queries that customers have and providing solutions to any problems encountered
- Assist with other departments to ensure first class customer service
Qualities/Experience:
- Excellent communication skills
- Bright, positive and enthusiastic personality
- Confident telephone manner
- Experience in technical sales environment preferred
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Good negotiating technique
- Accurate data transfer
- Sound knowledge of Word and Excel
- Fluency in French and/or German and the ability to speak Spanish and/or Italian would be advantageous
Package/Benefits:

- 8.30am – 5pm (1 hour lunch)
