Our client provide assistance to foreigners holidaying in the UK who may have met with problems whereby it has become necessary to use their travel insurance policies.
The position involves speaking to either French or Spanish holiday makers helping them and advising them each step of the way. Dealing with incoming calls and making outgoing ones also.
Updating the database after each telephone call.
Rotating Shifts:
8am - 4pm
10 - 6
12 - 8
2 - 10
One weekend day per month
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Dealing with incoming calls and making outgoing ones also. Candidates will have good customer services skills and enjoy telephone work.
It is essential that candidates are French speakers, and have good written English. If they speak Spanish too all the better.
