Role Overview
Working as a customer service representative for the German/Swedish/Norwegian market within our client's contact centre, this position requires a highly professional, friendly and organised individual who is confident dealing with clients via chat, email and telephone and maintaining service level agreements at all times. Your role will involve building new and maintaining existing relationships with clients as well as encouraging continued business.
The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, highly confident and enthusiastic. In addition to this the successful person will have excellent communication skills and possess high levels of motivation in order to deliver an outstanding service to our clients.
Essential Requirements:
To be considered for this position you must meet the following criteria:
- Highly proficient in either German/Swedish/Norwegian and English; both oral and written
- Background in customer support
- Prepared to work weekends, nights and early morning shifts
- Computer literate (Internet, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc – knowledge of HTML a plus)
- Positive attitude
