Overall Purpose
To support all aspects of billing for multiple European countries within the European Shared Service Centre Accounts Receivable function.
Principal Job Responsibilities
Responsible for performing all aspects of billing using Oracle AR
Managing the automated billing cycle of orders from Oracle OM
Manual billing
Responsible for ensuring accuracy of billing
Responding to billing related queries
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- Strong billings experience, ideally within a pan-European SSC environment
- Good knowledge of Oracle AR (Oracle OM an advantage)
- One or more European languages:- French, German (Dutch also considered)
- Accurate
- Structured/Organised approach to work
- Good communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills – In English & other European language
- Competent using Excel/Word, etc
Desirable
- Experience working in a European SSC and serving remote, multi-cultural customers
- Ability to travel occasionally within Europe
